A dubious bonus-there was this great prompt recently, by
-to put together a poem, using only titles of songs…couple conditions: it had to consist the songs that make you sad, in all sorts of ways; and one had to reference the original songs/authors. You could repeat a title, if you wanted to.The formatting of mine got screwed in that comment, so I’m saving it here, mostly for semi-precious myself:
Doubt Comes In, Lord Gregory, Soon, Lord Gregory. The Future, Time of The Assassins, Lord Gregory. Bedlam Boys Beautiful That Way, Lord Gregory, Imagine How Long, Who by Fire, Lord Gregory, On the Rivers of Babylon, Lille Motel, Lord Gregory, Welcome to the Dollhouse, Lord Gregory, Toys in the Attic, Charlotte Forever. *******
Sources:
(“Doubt Comes In”-from Anaïs Mitchell ‘s “Hadestown”) (“Lord Gregory”-words by Robert Burns, multiple renditions) (“Soon” (“Od Me’at”) -Gali Atari) (“The Future”-Leonard Cohen) (“Time of The Assassins”-Charlotte Gainsbourg) (“Bedlam Boys”-an old folk ballad, sang by “Old Blind Dogs”) (“Beautiful that way” (La vita è bella)-Noa (Achinoam Nini) (“Imagine”-John Lennon) (“How Long”-another song from “Hadestown” by Anaïs Mitchell) (“Who by Fire”-Leonard Cohen) (“On The Rivers of Babylon”-Psalm 137, multiple renditions) (“Little Motel” - “Modest Mouse”) (“Welcome to the Dollhouse”-Daniel Rey; soundtrack to the movie by the same name) (“Toys in The Attic” -Omnia) (“Charlotte Forever”-Serge and Charlotte Gainsbourg)

Something else was supposed to be here, and I deleted and re-wrote it 10 times. each time it was something completely different. From a short story in Russian to some bonkers complaints(complaints though were much shorter than story, three-word-complaints, lol)
I think it’s a sign to let go-maybe nothing is supposed to be here, for now.
Except: thank you.
Thank you for the shoutout but most of all thank you for joining the challenge and hope to see you on the next one. I've already commented on your song title poem on the challenge post! I appreciate you!
The dizzy sign…lol! You funny lady Miss Chen. This my dizzy sign…🤪
