Beautiful poem! A lot of moodiness, romantic, sad, even tragic. And lightness, which is great. And presence of Petersburg. And your vagrancy. Everything before was like a trying. Now is serious. When have you written this poem, may I ask? The only one word bothers me : рысьи.

Thank you,dear Larisa, you're too kind, really💫

I wrote it in the morning, very fast-then I posted it, I can be very impulsive.

Very interesting. To write in the morning such a dramatic piece , you shouldn't sleep whole night and suffer for somebody whom you left. Your impulsivness is your lightness?

I've no idea...maybe it is? I need to think...

I have to say last time I was waiting like this for the next issue was back then for Pioneer Pravda.. hmm… it’s a compliment… hmm.. I guess lol

Don't remember it much. .?

I did like Pioneer the magazine. They indeed printed some interesting stuff fromtime to time, serialized some short novels, and had a column for young girls.

(With Pioneer Pravda, they went heavy on us in terms of politinformation which no sane person liked -or so I thought, there's a first for anything)

By the way-it appears that in St Petersburg ,which was Leningrad then of course, t h e y were waiting more for some "Ленинские Искры"?? Addittional newsletter, they had, go figure.

Who cared about “politinformation”, cmon. They published science fiction stories

Chen Rafaeli's avatar

they did? ah ok then. I really didn't remember much, just that they tortuded us with this stupid politinfornation and demanded articles from there specifically to be recited and memorized

I guess I was waiting more for the magazine, and also "Работница" and some other magazine dedicated to "половое воспитание детей" or some such.

Just thought of a commercial, something like Moses desperately searching for water in the desert, hitting all the rocks with his посох, finally getting lucky, water starts springing, all his people go crazy , and the slogan goes “always check your sources”

Reminded me of a recent conversation with a friend....I'm calling and saying "forgive me I'm crazy this week" to which she immediately answers "and before, you weren't?" lol
